A Flat Organization System.
Revenue Sharing partnership model with
field Expertise Partners.

HourBus operates a Flat Organization on three-level:
Directing, Managing, and Operating Levels.
Managing and Operating levels consist of Expertise Section Outsourced Partners, acting under the Direction of HourBus.
HOURBUS retains all exclusive ownership rights to the Partners' services' software and intellectual properties and pays for Partners services according to the Instant Revenue Sharing (IDRS) system.
HOURBUS holds a board of advisors to maintain compliance with the Sections' functions, Brand Manual and Business Objective and guarantees its smooth operation to all Section Partners. The Legal Department acts as The Arbitrator.
Business Revenues come from Distributors and Customers according to the following indicative Payment Plan:
• Distributor Entry Fee,
• Annual Service Fee
• HourBus Commission on Business.
HourBus IDRS Controller Manager collects voucher prices and carries out daily accounting clearances, paying Distributors and partners the dividend percentage of their participation, following the IDRS system.
